Meadowlark

My one album to date, Meadowlark, was produced by Corwin Fox and released on CD in 2015. Its twelve original songs vary widely in style and theme, covering such motley subjects as the passion and fragility of young love, the sedate but durable charms of the more seasoned variety, the colorful history of my home province, the beauty of the glacier lily, and the mating habits of the leatherback turtle. Happily, my humble vocal performance is enhanced by Corwin’s sparkling arrangements for guitar, mandolin, fiddle, accordion, banjo, and more than half a dozen other instruments and voices.

Meadowlark enjoyed a brief spell of airplay on campus and community stations across western Canada and once charted in the Top Ten Roots Albums. One of the tracks, “Cordillera,” is the theme song of the Cordillera Campaign.

You’re welcome to listen to the songs online or download them for personal use, though not for distribution. If you’d like a hard copy of the
Meadowlark CD, you can order one from my store.
